I am not in-network with any insurance company, but I will provide you with a superbill that includes the information needed by your insurance company to reimburse you based on your specific policy. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance companies for information about their specific out-of-network benefits.
Not being in-network with insurance allows for protected personal information, no diagnosis required, and no session limits.

If you have to cancel an appointment for any reason, please try to reschedule within 24 hours to avoid late cancellation fees. I understand that life happens and will waive a late cancellation fee once a calendar year per client. If you have to cancel last minute more than once, the full fee may be applied unless we have made other arrangements. Thank you for understanding!
